Quando o impulso vier
O de fazer o bem,
Atenda-o logo,
Pois logo virão pedras,
Escuras e indesejáveis
A sepultar a vontade,
Trazendo a dúvida
Sobre a origem
Daquele pensamento.
Onde nasceu, em mim?

 
When the impulse comes
that of doing good,
Wait for it soon
For soon the stones will come,
dark and unwanted
To bury the will,
bringing the doubt
about the origin
From that thought.
