A ponte de caminho incerto,
Não sei se leva longe
Ou se fica por perto.
Como não conheço o meu “onde”
Por seguro, vou por baixo,
Deixo de lado a ponte,
Prefiro atravessar o riacho!

Onde estão as provas?

No fundo da consciência,

No fundo do mar,

No casario,

Nos atos,

Nos fatos,

No observar,

No simples estar,

Na conjunção disso tudo,

As provas...

Elas estão em todos os lugares.

Não estão, porém,

Naqueles lugares

Em que o meu interesse

Em não vê-las

As possa observar!

In simple being,

They are everywhere.
